Located in Glassworks, one of the nation’s largest and most complete glass centers, the VONFIRE Gallery represents emerging national and international glass artists. VONFIRE Gallery exhibits the work of some of the most innovative contemporary studio glass artists who are on the verge of becoming significant influences within the contemporary glass movement through four rotating exhibitions a year as well as continuous representation of selected artists from around the world.

Louisville glass artist, Amy Pender, is fascinated iwth the unusual objects people choose to collect. Collections takes a look at some of them. This wonderfully odd and whimsical not to objects, chosen to amass and adorn, may be the start of your new collection.

Friday, September 3rd 6-9pm (First Friday Trolley Hop) - Opening Reception
Meet and greet the artist and view her hotshop demonstrations, make your glass art in the Walk-in Workshop and shop in the gallery. No charge to ride the trolley from 5-9pm.
