Roxann Slate

Roxann is a recent graduate of Bard College at Simon's Rock in Great Barrington MA, where she studies studio art and art history. Her parents are both glass artists who raised her in an enriching studio environment where she learned the importance of well crafted art and commitment to the creative process. Roxann worked for The Studio of The Corning Museum of Glass where she had the opportunity to vastly expand her understanding of the medium by working with an international selection of glass professionals. She has studied under and worked with Milon Townsend, Loren Stump, Jayne Pyrsico, Caitlyn Hyde and Mark Payton. Roxann currently works in The Walk-In Workshops at Louisville Glassworks.
