Monochromatic, minimalist design with a 22.5 foot blue velvet sofa, custom-made hot rolled steel dining table surrounded by robin’s egg leather chairs, Arte Italica dishes, barware for 50, plasma and lcd with DVR, Bose iPod dock, wireless high-speed internet, unlimited long-distance phone, KitchenAid frontload washer and dryer and constantly changing art gallery featuring local artists. The bedding is all goose-down, harvested from the coldest regions of Siberia, clad in 600 thread-count starched and pressed Portuguese linens by Peacock Alley.

For corporate events, rehearsal dinners and such, the bed can be completely removed, leaving a stage underneath.
